Marine Toys for Tots Program
To help execute the Marine Toys for Tots Program, Penn’s Office of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Programs and Student Registration and Financial Services (SRFS) is conducting this year’s on-campus campaign.=== MISSION:  The basic mission of the Marine Toys for Tots Program is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to less fortunate children at Christmas.===GOAL:  The primary goal of Marine Toys for Tots is, through the gift of a new toy, to help bring the joy of Christmas and send a message of hope to our area’s less fortunate children.===ACTIVITIES: Please donate a new, un-wrapped toy, preferably around the $10.00 or above price range.  Books are also needed (children receive 2 toys each and 3 books count as ONE gift!).  Homemade toys are also accepted.===LOCATION: Franklin Building, 3451 Walnut Street, 1st floor lobby.  Toys will be accepted from today until Friday, December 16.

Talent Search is a federally funded TRIO program in the office of the Vice Provost for Student Engagement that provides academic support and college access opportunities to students grades 6-12 from across Philadelphia. This group of honored participants will showcase their artwork, representing the theme beloved community in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King. Jr. Talent Search presents this event in partnership with Penn's Office of Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Programs as well as the Institute of Contemporary Art.
