Managers, supervisors, faculty, deans, directors, and department heads are partners with the Office of Affirmative Actions and Equal Opportunity Programs in offering training and education regarding the University’s policies prohibiting discrimination, harassment and retaliation.

In addition the OAA•EOP offers information on how to address behaviors that are inconsistent with the University policies, and how to proactively work to create a respectful and productive campus climate.
